Vendor Relations and Selection
Many contracts for professional services include the
design, purchase and implementation of complex and
sometimes expensive information and process hardware,
network, and software-based systems.
KA is committed to no specific vendors and has no financial relations
with any vendor. Initial vendor considerations,
vendor evaluations, price and service negotiations,
and the ultimate vendor selection will be covered by
comprehensive RFI and RFP documentation.
As a client protection and to ensure continuity once the retainer
has been completed, KA clients are required to provide
the appropriate level representation and participation
in the RFI and RFP processes for the selection of
complex systems.
Should any business relationship between KA and a vendor arise
the client will be notified and appropriate client-approved safeguards
will be put in place.
